Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after they are placed. When you purchase a card, you will be able to select standard shipping or expedited shipping on the checkout page.

Expedited orders must be received by 3 pm Pacific Time for same day processing. When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number that allows you to view the shipping status of your order at any time through the carrier’s website.

Please Note: Biddees™ currently ships only to mailing addresses and post office boxes within the United States. The shipping address must exactly match the billing address of record for the payment method used to purchase it.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You may cancel a card order within 8 hours of your purchase by emailing us at service@biddees.com. The email must include all of the information contained in your purchase confirmation email such as your name, the name of the card and the auction number. If you wish to cancel your purchase more than 8 hours after your purchase, you must wait for the card to be delivered and then return it to us within 30 days of the order date to:

Any refund will be credited to the payment method used for your purchase. If the card has not been used, you will be refunded the price you paid. If the card has been used, you will be refunded the price you paid less the amount you used. For example, if you purchased a $100 card for $80 and the balance on the card is $60 when we receive your return, you will be refunded $60 ($80 original price – $20 used = $60). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Electronic gift cards may not be returned or refunded.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Little Biddee Things™ or prepaid cards, regardless of your billing or shipping address.
